WHAT IS THE MODEL'S SIZE DETAILS?

  • Model is 158cm, 80kg, high waist 92cm, low waist 99cm, bust 108cm, hips 108cm. She is usually wearing 3XL.


ARE THE ITEMS IN STORE READY STOCK OR PREORDER?

  • We will mentioned whether the items is "READY STOCK" or "PREORDER".  Please check properly before you place the order.


I ORDERED A COMBINATION OF READY STOCK AND PREORDER ITEMS. WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS SEPARATELY?

  • If your order has a combination of ready stock and preorder items, we will only ship them all out together once preorder items are also ready. You will receive them together.


HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER ON OUR WEDSITE?
To order your purchase :-

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  3. You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
  4. You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
  5. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
  6. Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
  7. After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
  8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.


CAN I COMBINE MY NEW ORDER WITH MY PREVIOUS ORDER?

No. In order to process your order at the soonest possible and to prevent any mishandling of order, combine order is strictly not allowed. 


CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASED ITEMS WITH A DIFFERENT SIZE IF THE SIZE I BOUGHT DID NOT FIT ME?

  • We only provide size return & exchange for bottoms, dresses/one piece and setwear except sales items, free size items and those stated not applicable, strictly no cash refund.
  • All the return and exchange must be done within 7 days upon items received and all items must be in original condition.

  • For Malaysia orders, we are only using DHL
  • For Singapore orders, we are using TELEPORT.
