RETURN & EXCHANGE
JUJU CLOTHING provides 7 Days Size Exchange for all items except sales items, defect items,free size items, undergarments and those specifically stated non-returnable items.
*ALL SALES ITEMS are strictly not exchangeable or refundable*
Terms & Conditions:
- We only accept size exchange if the size does not fit and the size you wish to exchange is still available.
- Size exchange is only valid for the same design and colour that was initially purchase.
- Please contact our customers service on Instagram or WhatsApp to start a size exchange and all the return & exchange must be shipped back within 7 days upon items received.
- Not applicable to promotions (E.g Mid-Year Sales, Anniversary Sales, 1111 Sales, Mega Sales, CNY Sales), sales items, defect items, order with discount code & store credit, free size items, undergarments and those specifically stated non-returnable (E.g Sample Sales)
- Early Bird Promotion is allowed for size exchange.
- Return can only done one time per order.
- All items must be returned with original condition (same packaging, with tags intact, unwashed, unaltered, without stained and unworn).
- Size exchange is not allowed for change in design or colour. You can change to other colour only when the colour that was initially purchased is out of stock. You can change to other design only when all the colour that was initially purchased is out of stock. For changing other design, you can only choose the design with the same price or higher price which need you to pay the extra.
- All the shipping fees will borne by the buyer.
- Return will not be accepted if we do not receive any return notice from Instagram message or WhatsApp.
- Please include your details *order number, name, contact, address and Instagram ID* onto a paper/note and put into the parcel.
- We reserved the right to reject any return item/s if it does not meet the requirement.
- Once the return being approved, we will confirm with you the size you want to exchange.You will need to pay the shipping costs (WM RM9/ EM RM16) before we send out your item/s.
- Strictly no cash refund and credit coupon is allowed.
Procedure:
Kindly contact our customer service through WhatsApp, Instagram message or Facebook Messenger and mailed back the original items to us within 7 days upon you received. For exchanges, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs and risks for returning the items back. Once the return being approved, you will need to pay the postage fees, confirm the exchange size with us, and we will send back to you within 3 working days.
For example, you received the items on 10th May which the tracking number show "successfully delivered", you need to contact us and ship back the items to us by 16th May.
We will not allow any exchange if you fail to return the item/s within the stipulated time.
You agree and accept the size exchange terms and conditions when you placing an order.
DEFECT ITEMS
Please note that we does not provide return and exchange after you have washed the items. All the defect after washed is not counted.
Firstly, we would like to apologize if you have received defected items from us.
Defective Items:
- Product is major damaged / has a big hole / torn / scratched
- Product has dirt stain or hole above 0.3cm
Kindly note below are not counted as damage/defect:
- Slightly off-line or crochet
- Washed (off, fade, shrink and other issues)
- Stain or hole 0.3cm and below
- Small hole on the inner lining
- Defects caused by vandalism
- Button hole or pocket hole did not open
Due to stocks come in bulk, please note that there can be minor defects or dirt stains on the garment. We are sorry to inform that we cannot provide exchanges / refunds for slight defects.
Please kindly allow 20% of the colour variance. Request for return as defect items due to this reason will be rejected. Minor variation in measurement (1-3cm) is not considered as defect.
For defective item:
- We will provide you an exchange with a new same garment for the defected/stained item. You will have to send the item back to us. Postage will be bared by JUJU CLOTHING
- Items returned should have the tags intact & same packaging and in the original condition as received (unworns, unwashed, unaltered).
- Please contact and provide us the following details to proceed with an item exchange: (1) Order ID (2) Photo of the defected/stained part of the garment
- Please contact us and the defect items must be shipped back to us within 7 days upon item received. Customers hold full responsibility until we receive the returned item.
- Should the item to be exchanged becomes unavailable, customers can choose to make a refund / change to other items available in store.
- Cash Refund is allowed only for defect items, out of stock and mis-shipment.

JUJU will not responsible for any issue once the tag has been removed or the clothes has been washed.
Our working hours: Monday to Friday (10am-6pm) except Public Holiday.
We only accept size exchange send by post, no self drop off or pick-up allowed.
